At Emporiant, I always aim to merge storytelling with smart systems. In my latest experiment, I created a fully automated short video series — inspired by the atmosphere and mystery of The X-Files — using only AI tools and automation workflows.
And the best part? I didn’t create each video manually. Everything was generated using a Canva template, Excel sheets, and AI narration — scalable with one click.
🔁 The Workflow – Built Once, Scaled Infinitely
-
Story Ideas & Script via ChatGPT
I started by prompting ChatGPT: “Write a short paranormal case in the style of the X-Files in under 5 lines.”
It returned several eerie micro-stories. I customized them and added fake case numbers like “Case #0420” to create consistency and intrigue. -
Canva Automation with Excel Data
Using Canva, I designed an animated story template with text placeholders for the case title, number, and body. Then I exported all my stories into an Excel file — one row per case. With Canva’s “Bulk Create” feature, I auto-generated dozens of videos in seconds. -
Narration via ElevenLabs
The voiceover was produced with ElevenLabs. I chose a tone similar to classic sci-fi narrators — calm, mysterious, slightly monotone. The entire narration script was generated with ChatGPT. -
Final Touches & Sound
After exporting the videos, I added background music and minimal effects inside DaVinci Resolve. Within a few hours, a complete video series was ready to publish — ideal for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts or TikTok.
🚀 What I Learned
- AI saves a lot of time, especially for scalable content.
- With one well-designed system, I built a replicable video pipeline.
- But creative direction is still key. Tools are just tools — your mind is the real engine.
