{"id":88,"date":"2026-07-17T07:28:06","date_gmt":"2026-07-17T07:28:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/emporiant.com\/support\/?p=88"},"modified":"2026-07-17T07:52:29","modified_gmt":"2026-07-17T07:52:29","slug":"setting-up-dashboard-access","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/emporiant.com\/support\/reporting-dashboards\/setting-up-dashboard-access\/","title":{"rendered":"Setting Up Dashboard Access"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Logging in<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your login is created automatically during onboarding and sent to your welcome email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access is via email + password, with a &#8220;forgot password&#8221; reset flow on the login page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We recommend enabling a password manager \u2014 dashboard access includes billing history and performance data, so treat credentials like any other business-critical login.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Roles &amp; permissions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Currently, Emporiant dashboards support two access levels:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Owner<\/strong> \u2014 full access, including billing history and invoices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Team Member<\/strong> \u2014 dashboard and reporting access, without billing visibility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you need a more granular setup (e.g., view-only access for a marketing intern, or restricting certain reports), let us know \u2014 we can usually accommodate custom access on request even where it&#8217;s not a default toggle yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What you can see in the dashboard<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Live campaign performance (updated daily)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monthly report archive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Billing history and invoice downloads (Owner role)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Account details and team member list<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exporting data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reports can be exported as <strong>PDF<\/strong> (formatted, for sharing internally) or <strong>CSV<\/strong> (raw data, for your own analysis).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Need a custom export \u2014 a specific date range, or data broken down in a way the standard export doesn&#8217;t cover? Just ask your contact directly; we can usually pull it manually within a day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Troubleshooting access<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Can&#8217;t log in:<\/strong> use the reset-password link first.
