This keeps billing simple and predictable: you always know exactly what you&#8217;re paying for before the work happens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Where your invoice comes from<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Invoices are emailed directly to the billing contact on file, on the first business day of each billing cycle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each invoice includes: billing period covered, service\/tier, amount, and payment due date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your dashboard also keeps a running history under <strong>Account \u2192 Billing History<\/strong>, where you can view and re-download any past invoice as a PDF.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reading your invoice<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>Field<\/th><th>What it means<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Billing period<\/td><td>The upcoming month\/period this invoice covers (remember: upfront billing)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Plan\/Tier<\/td><td>e.g. Growth OS\u2122 Acquisition<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Line items<\/td><td>Any add-ons or one-off charges beyond your base plan<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Due date<\/td><td>Typically 7 days from issue<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Missing an invoice?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Check your spam folder first (billing emails occasionally get filtered), then check <strong>Account \u2192 Billing History<\/strong> in your dashboard.
