How Your First Campaign Gets Started

Once onboarding wraps, here’s the exact path from strategy to a live, spending campaign.

Step 1 โ€” Concept & Creative (Days 1โ€“4)

We turn the approved strategy brief into concrete campaign concepts: ad copy, creative direction, offer structure, and landing page requirements if applicable. You’ll see mockups or drafts before anything is built.

Step 2 โ€” Technical Setup (Days 2โ€“5, in parallel)

Depending on your Growth OSโ„ข tier:

  • Tracking: Meta Pixel / Conversions API, Google Tag, and any CRM integration needed to attribute results accurately
  • Account structure: campaign โ†’ ad set โ†’ ad hierarchy built around your funnel stages
  • Audience definitions: cold, warm, and retargeting segments

Step 3 โ€” Internal QA

Before anything reaches you for approval, we run an internal check: tracking fires correctly, links work, creative renders properly across placements (feed, stories, reels), and budgets match what was agreed.

Step 4 โ€” Your Approval

You get a one-page launch summary:

  • What’s running, on which platform(s)
  • Who it targets
  • Daily/monthly budget
  • Expected timeline to first meaningful data (usually 7โ€“14 days for platform algorithms to leave the learning phase)

Nothing goes live without your sign-off.

Step 5 โ€” Go-Live & Early Monitoring

Once approved, we submit for platform review (Meta/Google review times: typically 24โ€“48 hours, occasionally longer for regulated industries). The first 72 hours after go-live get daily monitoring โ€” this is when early red flags (disapprovals, tracking issues, budget pacing problems) show up.

Typical end-to-end timeline

7โ€“10 business days from approved strategy brief to live campaign, assuming assets and approvals come back within 1โ€“2 business days each. The single biggest variable is how fast you review and approve โ€” campaigns that stall usually stall on the client side, not ours.

What “good” looks like in week one

Don’t judge a brand-new campaign on ROAS in the first week โ€” platforms are still in the learning phase. Watch instead for: tracking firing correctly, CTR in a sane range for your industry, and no disapprovals. Real performance signal starts around day 10โ€“14.
