Welcome aboard. Emporiant runs a tight, no-nonsense onboarding — no 6-week ramp-up, no army of account managers. Here’s exactly what happens.
Day 1 — Welcome & Access
Within 24 hours of signing, you’ll get a welcome email containing:
- Login credentials for your client dashboard
- A direct contact (not a shared inbox) for day-to-day questions
- A short intake form covering your goals, current marketing activity, and brand assets
Day 2–3 — Kickoff Call
A 30–45 minute kickoff call covers:
- Business goals for the next 90 days (the horizon Growth OS™ is built around)
- Current funnel: what’s working, what isn’t, what’s never been tried
- Access handover: ad accounts (Meta Business Manager, Google Ads), analytics (GA4 or equivalent), and any existing creative assets
- Reporting cadence and who on your side receives it
Day 4–7 — Audit & Strategy Brief
We audit whatever’s already running (ad accounts, past campaigns, website funnel) and put together an initial strategy brief:
- Target audience definition
- Recommended channel mix
- Initial creative direction
- Rough campaign calendar for the first 30 days
You’ll review and approve this brief before anything is built.
Week 2 — Build
Once approved, we move into campaign build — see “How Your First Campaign Gets Started.”
What we need from you, upfront
| Item | Why we need it |
|---|---|
| Brand assets (logo, images, guidelines) | Faster, more on-brand creative production |
| Admin access to ad accounts | So we can build directly instead of routing changes through you |
| Analytics access | To baseline current performance and track improvement |
| A single point of contact on your side | Keeps decisions fast — the biggest onboarding delays come from approval bottlenecks, not from us |
Common onboarding questions
“What if we don’t have brand guidelines yet?” — No problem. We’ll build a lightweight visual direction as part of the first strategy brief instead of starting from scratch on every asset.
“Can we skip the kickoff call and just send information over email?” — We strongly recommend the call. Written intake alone tends to miss the “why” behind your goals, which shows up later as revisions.
“How long until we’re fully onboarded?” — Typically 1–2 weeks from contract signature to first campaign build starting, depending on how quickly assets and access come through on your end.
