How billing works at Emporiant
All engagements — whether a Monthly Retainer or a Growth OS™ plan — are billed upfront, for the period about to start, not in arrears. This keeps billing simple and predictable: you always know exactly what you’re paying for before the work happens.
Where your invoice comes from
- Invoices are emailed directly to the billing contact on file, on the first business day of each billing cycle.
- Each invoice includes: billing period covered, service/tier, amount, and payment due date.
- Your dashboard also keeps a running history under Account → Billing History, where you can view and re-download any past invoice as a PDF.
Reading your invoice
| Field | What it means |
|---|---|
| Billing period | The upcoming month/period this invoice covers (remember: upfront billing) |
| Plan/Tier | e.g. Growth OS™ Acquisition |
| Line items | Any add-ons or one-off charges beyond your base plan |
| Due date | Typically 7 days from issue |
Missing an invoice?
Check your spam folder first (billing emails occasionally get filtered), then check Account → Billing History in your dashboard. If it’s genuinely missing, contact us directly (see “How Do I Contact My Team Directly?”) and we’ll resend it same-day.
Changing your billing email or details
Send us the new billing contact/company details and we’ll update it before your next billing cycle — changes made after an invoice is issued apply from the following cycle.
