Upgrading

You can upgrade at any time.

• The new tier’s services begin at the start of your next billing cycle (since billing is upfront, we don’t do mid-cycle prorated switches).
• The new minimum term (60 or 90 days) starts counting from that switch date, not from your original sign-up date.
• Onboarding for the new tier’s added services (e.g., moving into full ad management) typically takes 3–5 business days.

Downgrading

• Downgrades take effect once your current tier’s minimum term has been fulfilled.
• Give us 30 days’ notice before your next billing date so we can wind down the higher tier’s work cleanly (e.g., handing off ad accounts, wrapping up an in-progress funnel audit) rather than stopping abruptly mid-optimization.
• You can’t downgrade mid-minimum-term even if you’re willing to forfeit remaining time — this protects the integrity of work already committed (e.g., a funnel audit started under Scale needs to be finished, not abandoned).

Why the minimum terms exist

Performance marketing needs a runway. The 60/90-day minimums line up with how long it realistically takes ad platforms to exit the learning phase and generate a statistically meaningful trend — which is also why the Scale tier’s performance guarantee is measured over a 90-day window, not 30.

Skipping tiers

You can jump straight from Visibility to Scale (or start directly at Scale) — you don’t have to move through Acquisition first. The ladder describes what’s included, not a mandatory sequence.

Growth OS has officially only 3 Tiers. Starter Pack is as a introductory package to Emporiant´s Systems. It´s aimed as a one-time starting solution for easier onboarding of our clients, and can be used only **once with runtime of minimum and maximum of 90 days.
