How does a referral work?

1. Make the introduction — You connect a potential client with Emporiant.
2. Discovery call — Our team runs the consultation and, if needed, puts together a tailored offer.
3. Deal closed — Once the referred client signs and becomes active, the referral is considered complete.
4. Commission payout — You receive your commission according to the Partner Program terms.

Commission structure

• Partners earn up to 30% of the revenue generated from a successfully closed referral.
• The commission becomes payable once the referred client has completed the offer.

When do I get paid? Payout happens once the referred client has completed the offer and become active.

Is there a cap on the number of referrals? No, there’s no limit on how many referrals you can submit.

What happens if the referred client later cancels? Commission is pro-rated to the active contract term — you’re paid for the months the client was actually billed. If they cancel, future commission simply stops; there’s no clawback on commission already paid.

Do I need to pay tax on my commission? Commission is paid out gross, without any tax withheld. As a partner, you are responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on your commission income according to your own tax situation. Emporiant does not provide tax advice — please consult a tax advisor for guidance specific to your case.
